Whoever filled out the paperwork put in the wrong mileage. They added about 100,000 miles to it. When we tried to return it through an after hours drop off they wouldn’t accept it because our mileage didn’t match theirs. We had photos to prove what the pick up mileage was. It turned into a major fiasco and we had to return the next day to meet with somebody at the drop off location. As a result when I was backing out of my garage the next morning, just to make a second trip back to U-Haul, I knocked the GPS antenna off the top of my brand new car (in our new garage) It cost $3000 to replace it. Most expensive U-Haul ever.
