Stor N Lock was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. However the service I received from U-Haul was horrendous. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to keep the truck for longer than expected. I begin attempts to rent the trunk longer 8 hours before it was scheduled to be dropped off. I was told there was no option for further rental and if I didn't return the vehicle I would be charged for another days use, reported to local police and the truck would be reported as stolen. I was hung up on three times by some of the snarkiest rudest customer service representatives I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Stor N Lock processed another day of rental with no hassle and agreed the way I was treated was unacceptable. I will only recommend this company because of the folks at Stor N Lock, THANK YOU SO MUCH.

First off to tell the truth, when saying you don't use clients credit or debit card when making a reservation hold for equipment etc.. No where on your website does it state my rental fee for equipment will be placed on hold, and supposely put back in your account. You don't find this out until you receive a check bounced fee ($25.00) for another monthly bill you pay by auto pay. The worst is the owner will not except responsibly for double charging you. It's not my fault is what owner stuck with, no apology from owner or corporate. Van wasn't cleaned out either. Oh almost fforgot , company does NOT have a Direct phone line where they can be reached, you are routed to an 1-800#. That lets me know business is not on the up and up!!!! No way would I recommend THEM. Especially cause the website (on line services) are nation wide, which means they are lying nation wide regarding they don't charge your card for making and holding your reservation. Doesn't matter if you put the money back five to ten days later. You're still charging that person's account. If that's what your practice is, then you should state THAT!!!!

Van floor was somewhat dirty. The entire van reaked of stale cigarettes smoke. Check in took 30 minutes even thought I pre registered to speed the process.

This location did a fabulous job. Unfortunately my pods were a misquoted mess with U-Box of Farmington Hills Michigan. They created many hardships for a well orchestrated plan that went awry. No delivery to my new condo in PCB Florida as quoted. Had to unload from atop a flatbed trailer. Delivery was late and didn't remove it over the 4th holiday as I blocked four (4) parking spaces. I was charged again after paying once for pod delivery which was quoted at $1,200 to $1500. When delivery occurred I was charged $1,850.00. I anticipate renegotiations over my overpayment.

The truck was fine and clean, but I didn't hear back from this location after my initial reservation for 2 days (I was told I would get a call to confirm the time that same day) and by the time I was called it was too late to slightly change my pick up/drop off time. I had the reservation for 4:00pm on a Friday and was told that picking the truck up that late was "pushing it". Weekends are the best time to move for a lot of people, so if anyone is looking for a later pick up time without someone giving you attitude over the phone about how late your reservation was, I would not suggest getting it from this location.
