None of the workers knew what they were doing and had to call someone else. They asked me to go outside and confirm information for the trailer for them. Then I was charged an extra $45 for no reason and when I asked them about it they said, “ we don’t handle the money you have to take that up with U-Haul.” When I called customer service they confirmed that the location made a mistake. Then they told me to go hook up the trailer myself and bring it to them so they can take pictures of it. So after I did they took another 10 minutes to come out and take pictures. My reservation was at 11:30am and I did not leave until 12:30pm. I would never recommend this location for U-Haul pick up.
