NO ONE ON SITE, THE VAN WAS FILTHY WITH SOME KIND OF FARM ANIMAL SMELL THAT GOT ON OUR MOVING BLANKETS. THERE WAS ANIMAL HAIR INSIDE THE CABIN AND THE BACK OF THE VAN. IT WAS DIRTY WITH DEBRIS. AS WE WERE DOING A COLLEGE MOVE-I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO RESERVE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAVE A LARGE MOVE IN AUGUST AND WILL CONSIDER STRONGLY NOT EVER USING UHAUL AGAIN. THE MOVERS WE HIRED VIA UHAUL WERE FANTASTIC!!!!*** FOR THEM.

David GDoor was locked, called the number listed for U-Haul for it to go to voicemail. Some random guy answered the door and then disappeared for 25 mins. Seemed to have no idea how do to anything U-Haul related. Finally called a guy and put us on speaker phone. Don't offer us a service if a) there is nobody there for a reservation and b) knows what they are doing.
