Well for one they need more trucks faster service the lady needed me to take a picture of my mileage and gas out of pure laziness and they charged me over 100 for being 3 hours late when they shouldnt time a uhaui

I had picked up the truck on Carnegie, and dropped it off in Willowick. I was given 50 miles and did not use all of them. The attendant said I would get e-mailed a final invoice with a reduction since I didn't use all the miles and the gas charge. I received the gas charge but no updated invoice with the reduction.. NOT HAPPY

Lady was nice at this place. She was informative and helped us with some of the info as we were going through signing up. It just took us about 25mins. Not expecting this. We did have problems afterwards and when I went to call her for her help, she was not very helpful. I plan on following up with someone!! NOT HAPPY!!

The clerk was on his cell phone during both transactions for pick up and drop off of the truck. I requested moving blankets that were not in the truck. When I told the clerk he said to check the other trucks and we had to retrieve them ourselves. The inside of the truck was dirty. We didnt even put our coffee cups in the holders they were filthy.

I wasn't even given the courteously to have the vehicle for over night it gave me five hours I returned the vehicle in seven had trouble checking in I'm sorry Just wasn't fair in my opinion 183.00 to say the least

Fix your system so it doesnt show the truck as returned when I'm picking up. And your vendor should probably handle issues like this, not telling the customer to call U-Haul themselves. They decided to make the extra revenue renting U-Hauls so they should probably do the legwork on customer issues and serve as a better liason. An absolutely terrible experience all around. Will be renting from another service in the future.

The location was disorganized, the young clerk had to call his father because he didn't know what he was doing. The actual fuel level didn't match what they were making me agree to in the contract, there was a payment discrepancy and the clerk just told me that he didn't know anything and I would have to take it up with u-haul. Lately, when i got inside of the truck, I had keep trying before I was finally able to turn the key in the ignition and this happened multiple times.

The staff was not helpful, not professional, not customer friendly. There was only one person in the store. They made me do all the leg work. I will never use this type of location again. This was the worse experience I have ever had with uhaul!

let me tell you a story, I booked a pickup at a different location for 24/7 only to get there this am and find they don't do that..even though my receipt said they did. I had three movers sitting on their hands for a hour while I had to find a different location. the 50 credit doesn't come close to making up for problems or what it cost me in $. although the new location was good I will not be using haul again because of the way I was treated.

Went to this location the day before using the Uhaul vehicle to make a reservation. Returned the day after for my reserved vehicle but was told there was no reservation recorded. Not acceptable. Not too happy with service and price after all was said and done.

I was mistakenly charged and overcharged for a vehicle that I didn't use the vehicle that I used I took a picture of the mileage starting and I took a picture of the mileage ending and somehow they mixed up my contract with another vehicle and charged me $211 for a rental that should have cost less than half that and they still have not fixed the problem to this day after my complaint and my proof

The truck I ordered wasn't there, despite being reserved, so they said they'd give me a bigger one at the same price since they had it. Then they charged me more for the bigger truck. I was there for an hour before getting the truck and nearly an hour trying to sort pricing before giving up. It was awful, and I will literally never use uhaul again.
