I had reserved at another location to arrive and find they were closed! The man at Olinger Circle took excellent care of me. He only had 1 truck and smaller than what I had needed but he was friendly and fast with his service. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Place is littered no clear direction where to go. No direction of where to drop off vehicle. Sign is too small for the office for anyone to see from the road thats on the fromt door of the building.

I had to drive 20 miles to Blanchester to pick up the truck and when I got there the online phone service did not work. Was on the phone with U Haul customer service for 41 minutes. Got disconnected and they called me back They could not get it to work either. Now told to go to Morrow or Wilmington to pick up the truck. Wilmington is where I was moving to and from. The place in Wilmington where I was to go closed at noon and there was no way I could get there in 10 minutes. They told me they would have the location stay until I got there. When I arrived at 12:11 they were closed and no one was there. Back on the phone with customer service. Put on hold twice and got disconnected both times. Finally got a representative and he got me checked in with a truck. Another 20 minutes on the phone. I ordered an appliance dolly which was not in the truck. There was a furniture dolly which was not what I needed but I got charged for it. I reserved a truck for pick up on 11/12 at 10:00 am and it took 2 hours on the phone and driving 40 miles to get a truck that was across the street from where I was moving from. I finally left the rental location at 1:00 pm. (3 hours after my scheduled pick up time). Really bad experience!!! I do want to add that Crystal from U Haul who I spent so much time on the phone with was super nice and really made me feel like she did everything she could to try help me. She said I would get a $50.00 credit which is appreciated but still doesn't make up for all I went through. I was so upset by the time I talked to the man from Cincinnati who checked me in that I don't remember his name but he was really good to me too.

Trailer sat for 30 hours with no one checking it in. I tried to call the location and no one answered. Had to eventually contact the regional manager to get the trailer checked in. Not good at all. Not happy about it.

U haul is the most unorganized company I’ve ever felt with. Their internal communication skills are terrible. They have too many people making promises that they can’t keep. They also owe me $300 for 4 hrs of phone consultation that is still unpaid.

Advise customers to take pictures of the returned vehicle cleanliness. A fee was assesses that was not needed.

The truck had a very week air conditioning that stopped working completely after couple of hours and the staff member was no help either he wasn't helpful at all , reluctantly after he saw no way out of it since the part was broken,he had hooked the chain to the dolly from the wrong side so badly that at my destination we had to get the chain to cut off to remove the car from the towing dolly

They will not look for a trailer that you request and say you get what we have. They do not clean out their trailers so when I get them I have to clean it out before I use it. I am going to do what ever I can to not get another trailer from them again. Also The inside height of this trailer is less then 6' and it is supposed to be a 6' height trailer. I have hit my head and so has my helpers that are about the same height as I am many times. At this point if that's all I can get from you guys then I will be looking at getting my own trailer and or looking to friends if they have one I can borrow when needed. I do about an average of about 15 events a year for when I need to rent a trailer and that number will be growing and until I can actually pay for my own trailer I need to rent one. So if I keep getting these small trailers then I will stop getting them from you. Matter of fact I will never rent from you again. Sorry to be brunt and forward but that is how I feel especially when you have a supplier of them telling me they wont try and see if they can get the trailer that I need. I personally will do what ever I can to never go back to Ironwill industries to rent a uhaul vehicle.

This employee was not happy that the California location let us leave the lot with bad equipment. Very risky for the renter and even worse for u-haul.

Make sure your equipment all works right. After driving 150 of my 750 mile trip my air conditioning quit working. My whole family in the truck and 90 degrees out side. I was told by a uhaul rep truck could not be fixed that day. So he told me to buy a cooler and ice to stay cool. Not very happy happy happy

Wasn't real sure where to unload the car Dollie and leave it til I returned after unloading the truck. Partially my fault for running behind to meet the moving helpers and the weather were factors as well.

When I went in to rent the truck & do the paperwork, the Uhaul guy had me initial & sign the peprwork without going over what it was he was asking me to initial & sign & therefore he just handed over the keys & didn't ask me to look @ the truck to make sure it was clean so I never thought about it. When I turned the truck in @ the end location, I was told I would charged $25 to sweep out the truck because it was dirty when in fact, it was in the same condition as when I picked it up. Not acceptable to me. I refused to pay for the leasor's inability to make sure the truck was clean in the 1st place.

I booked two months in advance and my location was twice switched by your automated system to locations 20+ miles away. I spoke with your staff twice, 5 days and 1 day before the rental but still there was no booking or truck available when I went to pick the truck up. Only by switching bookings did I even get a truck. I did not get the truck I booked, this company is a disorganized mess. I do not intend to use Uhaul ever again.

The individuals at this location were excellent as far as the way they conducted themselves...they were very professional and courteous. The problem I have is with the way your company "advertises" the price, $29.95 a day. That is so FALSE! Add the insurance ($14.00), and then you charge .99 cents a mile on a weekday. (Friday) Last time I checked, Friday was a "weekday". I used it for a little over 3 hours and had to pay $12.00 for mileage. Guess your company considers FRIDAY a WEEKEND DAY. I understand you have to make a profit, but come on. A total of $60 plus dollars for three hours. Why even bother to advertise a truck for $29.95 a day?
