It took forever to get the trailer and they asked me the same questions that it asked for online . They didn’t come out nor didn’t they ask if I knew how to hook it up . It was parked behind a curb and I needed help to get it out and all they asked was do I have a hitch. Terrible customer service

This location was not well organized. Pick up went ok but when we dropped it off, the person ah the counter didn’t know how to process the order and calculate how much we owed. So we had to wait about 30 minutes for the owner to assist. They didn’t know what they were doing at all.

I booked it online for 9 Hours but once I picked it up was sent a text message I would only have it for 5 hours. This wasn’t possible for me as I couldn’t even get in my new place for 8 hours. You can’t just change someone’s booking

The van wasn't there when it was supposed to be. The store people had no clue. Had to wait 45 min, even though I reserved it in advance. The person that eventually brought it back got in my face about it. When I reserved it, it said a $50 guarantee that the van would be there for me, well it wasn't and he wouldn't honour that. The store was crazy busy and there was only one person there. It was a mad house. Would never rent a uhaul from there again.

When I picked up the car the gas was marked with full, when I took the vehicle the gas was 1/8, but when I was return I put 1/8. The attendant charged me $17 for full gas, when I was asking her, She started to scream with me saying that was my fault. I really agree that I could pay attention for the paper and comparing with the vehicle on pickup, but She has no right to scream with a customer. She put me out her store screaming.

First of all the agent at desk had no idea how to use equipment. Terminal would not work. Online booking would not work. After 45 minutes we had to go to another U-Haul to get a smaller trailer. Terrible experience will definitely not return.

The store owner and his wife are very rude and unprofessional. The employee that did the inital rental was great. The owner called for an early return prior to my 24hr period. The vehicle (van) was dirty and smelled like garbage on the inside, the exterior was dirty and needed washed . Oil change reminder was on in the dash display( obviously due) They didn't even inspect the van upon return, asked me to go outside and take a picture of the mileage and fuel gauge.

They dont speak english. Truck was dirty. They couldnt figure out how to charge me mileage and had to call someone else. They served many customers while trying to figure out my mileage. It ultimately took an hour.

Windsor Park location gave me great customer service, very happy with them.But your Regent location has no idea about customer service, got to the Regent location 5 minute late after closing, Assistant Manager said to bad come back tomorrow.I will recommend Windsor Park locations to all my friends and family and use there location again but will never recommend your Regent location because they don't know how to give customer service.

The location is sound and process is great. You will need a credit card to book onsite as booking Credit Cards are not kept by the location.
