I wound up using a smaller trailer because the 5X8 trailer was frozen in the ice and was charged for the larger trailer.

You just have to understand that the UHaul is not the main part of this business. There are other customers for different reasons and it might take a little longer than the usual UHaul place but the help is friendly and attentive. A very neighborhood feel to it.

Awesome service even though the storm has caused connectivity issues. Top notch service!

tow dolly was parked with grass growing around and through it. there was no wiring harness for lights so I had to take one from another trailer. Noone did a preinspection with me and when I tried to secure the vehicle in tow, the ratchet straps were rusted badly and would not work. after almost 30 minutes, I got one to work. I ended up towong my vehicle but only partially secured. I did not feel safe and was very unhappy.
