Wasn't sure i was in the right location. Really concerned about my safety. Upon rental, I had to hook up trailer myself and was unsure if I had everything hooked up appropriately. Actual trailer was nice, clean and exceeded expectations.

Hard to find. No signage.
Christopher NI can’t really say whether the personnel were helpful or not because there was no one there, it was closed I returned it on a day that they were closed and the directions through my GPS to this address led me into a very treacherous driving and turn around situation where I did not feel safe.
