They charged me for two days even tho I only had it one and returned it the same day I got it. Charged my card twice and then continuously told me the money would go back on my card for the second transaction and it never did I finally contacted U-Haul themselves instead of the location I got it from and they informed me that the dealer in fact charged me twice and that if it was a hold it would have gone back on my card within a few days so U-Haul refunded me but the location lied to me multiple times about the charges that were out on my card I’m very dissatisfied with this location.
Cari MRene’s Auto Sales is the most easy going U-Haul rental dealer I ever experienced. That’s why I’ll always go back. Trucks are clean, smells good in the cab and in the back. You ask for something and you get it. Very pleasant and personable.
