2 dollies were reserved but only 1 was available at pick up
Mike MIt took just under an hour to get the keys for the U-Haul rental. Beyond disappointed and unnecessary time added to my day while moving. I opted for truckshare (mobile pickup) for convenience and to get the keys quicker from the truck itself. Instead the keys were at the front desk of the business. The process was ridiculous, as I had to do steps on the app infront of the front desk person. Then I hit a snap on the app as it claimed my “zip code” (I am in Canada) was wrong. I was told to call some number. I ended up having the front desk charge my card, which listed the same “zip code”

ANTONIO SIt is so hard to locate the truck because the parking lot for U-Haul is not at the mentioned address. It is in a different address and if you are doing pickup using app it is so hard to find unless you talk to the people in the office. Also the chat agent has no idea about this. It took me more than half hr to walk around the location and finally find the U-Haul in a different plaza.
