It is so hard to locate the truck because the parking lot for U-Haul is not at the mentioned address. It is in a different address and if you are doing pickup using app it is so hard to find unless you talk to the people in the office. Also the chat agent has no idea about this. It took me more than half hr to walk around the location and finally find the U-Haul in a different plaza.
