Didn’t have any of the dolly’s I reserved. Told me I had to pick them up from another location. This information would’ve been helpful prior to picking up the truck. Threw my whole moving day off. People working there simply couldn’t understand how this made no sense.

the fuel gauge was on E. 1/8th in the tank. the cab was dirty and had trash. the back of the truck had large pieces of plastic and was not clean. When I showed the sales rep, he suggested the I drive around back and clean it myself and dump the trash. which I did.

BERKAY YI almost got scammed at this location. A U-Haul representative misjudged my vehicle and filed a false report. My payment card was charged more than I was expecting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
