This location is a rural convenience store. The woman who helped us with the return was excellent. The covenience store itself had no “public “ restrooms for me to wash my hands. The gas pumps were out of gas. Not much room to pull in and park the big truck.

Make sure that if you do an online service that they have Wi-Fi that works
Doug C.There is no service there so the mobile pick up is not an option. And the country bumpkins that run the location don't know what they are doing.
Shannon L.Both at rental and drop off, the uhaul system was not working. The ladies did their best to manually do the rental. Unfortunately for them, the uhaul online reservation system seems to be very glitchy - both on my phone and in the store. The store was kind and courteous and did their best, but uhaul should work on making the systems more reliable.
