When we received the U-haul, the box of the U-haul was sitting sideways (leaning). Once we where traveling back with our stuff in the uhaul, it was really hard to drive that way. The U-haul had not been taken care of and was falling apart on the inside.
I had to wait hour and half due to software issues. Too long
Trailer tire had a bad spot on one tire that was not found until the trailer was loaded. Looked like the tire had delaminated and belts were showing(recap came loose???). Inside and outside of trailer could be keep cleaner (not trashy) This is not Ray's Automative problem but should be maintained by UHaul better.
I reserved this vehicle from a location in El Dorado, AR a week in advance. On the day I was suppose to pick it up at 12:00, they didn't have it. I was told I would have to pick it up in a town 20 minutes away at 1:00PM. I need be at the location with it by 1:00PM. When I called the 1-800-gouhaul I was told they didn't have it in Smackover either (after talking with 10 different people) and I was then told I would have to drive to Sterlington, LA to pick the truck up, which is 2 hours away. I feel that this could have been handled differently. I should have been notified if it was not available.
The people at the pickup and drop off locations were very professional. U haul was not. No one called me the day before my pick up. I called U haul. My reservation was confirmed for the location that I reserved. But, my reservation was moved. Again, no one called me. I was left on my on to research and figure things out myself. It was a wild goose chase, stopping at two pick up locations.
We dropped off after hours but paperwork was always done and in order. We had 2, 26 ft trucks and a 6x12 pull behind in one week..... Everyone on each end was great. 3 different pick-up locations, 65 th St. in Little Rock being our favorite, but all 3 drop-offs were at Ray's. Thank You U-Haul!
Salesperson should be more knowledgeable of U-Haul practices and procedures. He gave misleading information about the mileage at pick up and the safe move insurance coverage...
Mr Ray showed us great service, just as always.
Everything was smooth. No problems
The lot with the trailers was very confined and tight. Hard to maneuver.
Rep was super helpful and friendly.
you need to allow me to comment on the on line reservation experience it was very bad
I rated not applicable because I will never use uhaul again therefore will not recomend
have truck in area that i requestet -had to drive 1.5 hrs to get truck and only found that out when i called u-haul

be faster when someone has a flat tire i waited 5 hours on 1 tire
