CARLOS W | Overall ExperienceThe manager has very short hours and thus, is rarely available to assist. The staff members were lackadaisical and generally unhelpful. Moreover, I was dismayed at the exorbitant fees assessed the one time I was late. A âpre-lienâ fee when there is no lien process or procedure underway is incredibly unfair and unsubstantiated. U-Haul incurred no such fee. Nevertheless, i was forced to pay a charge for nothing more than a phantom lien.
