7/25 movout after paying the full month on 7/21 was terrible the man working had a terrible disrespectful attitude. I arrived 330 pm amd he would not get up to take me to access the unit even though I told him I needed the bay open to get my things , he sent the other new employee who tried his best to open the doors for my truck to pull up but was given incorrect information on what key this delay took 20 minutes untill he could finally remove the pad loc. I was then only 1 hour 445 when he had him come back to tell me I had to leave by 5 pm I reminded I called and was told sat hours were til 7 and I was not leaving until I finished removing all my belongings. The man with small braids and attitude came back to me and the my movers in his redish minivan on his cell phone which his ear was glued to 3 times in this altercation he was hostile demanded I leave by 6 pm bc he was closing early I told him I was teying to get my things out but I called and it doesn't close til 7 I was delayed a half hour bc he was too lazy to show the newer employee which key opened the bay he screamed at me numerous times then threatened to have me escorted off the property if I wasn't done moving by 6 I told him to go ahead and call the police to do so my unit was fully paid 4 days prior! And I am allowed access u til closing hours where he again threatened to have me escorted off. I reminded him I couldn't access it and lost 30 minutes bc he didn't even k ow which keys unlocked the door when he told me it was my job to know where my unit was which I did know he is the one who didn't know which keys opened the padlock on the outside of the bay which is not my job to open he afmgain said why all the attitude I don't care I will have u escorted off I again told him he would have to do so bc all of mystuff was outside waiting for the 2nd truck load to leave. He told me he has customers but i was a fully paid cutsomer already! 530pm I was finished clearing the unit took photos including the dead mouse on the ground outside the bay door I was leaving from . When I went in to tell him he could close that door now and I returned my lock and keys he said are you closing out I said yes. He tried to charge my card saying put your card there. I said for what as I told u before I paid already .he said oh you were moving out .I said what I told u this already he said oh well u can leave then. This was the most hostile bullying situation I ever occurred there. Waiting on my lift I witnessed him go to his van 5:40 on his phone again smoking. A truck returned to the drop off location then he came out smoking weed behind the truck that you could smell while he tried to intimidate me glaring at me and my daughter. I am going to upload pictures of the unit and mouse but this man treated me like I was a their on the property all bc he said he was working alone til close, which was not my problem. I should have called the police for him trying to force me to leave as a paid customer then trying to charge me and I was onky there 2 hours!

It would have nice if the building my unit was located in had an elevator. Lugging materials up 2 flights of stairs for 3 hours is not fun.
