Initially my Uhaul pickup was Kathleen Ga, however I called Friday May 8, to confirm the pickup. I was told they didn't have any trucks I would have to go to Macon Ga. I asked if they had a closer location the Traffic Personnel say yes in Byron Ga. The lady at Valley Motor Sport was pleasant helpful and work expeditiously. The ice on the cake were Carolyn and Jordan. It was 10 minutes to 8:00PM on Friday night we were trying to get a storage unit set up at UHaul. Carolyn work over time to get us a storage unit. She was very courteous, pleasant and professional. Saturday morning My husband and I needed help with a huge piece of gym equipment it was used by our son for weight lifting. Jordan helped us get the huge gym piece through the door and in the unit. Without Jordan help and tools we could not have gotten it done. Carolyn and Jordan displayed outstanding customer service. Even though our experience at UHaul started off rocky it ended up outstanding. Thanks everyone that made our experience outstanding.
