The lights in the hallways kept going off so one of us would have to walk to the end of the storage block to reactivate the light. Check out was very easy. Thank you.
kim r | Overall ExperienceIt’s very convenient to rent online instead of worrying how long it will take once you get there. I couldn’t figure out how to unlock my unit (oops, I had the wrong keys with me!), so I used the nearest call box to get help. Someone came right away and he used all my keys until discovering I didn’t have the right one. He was very helpful and didn’t get irritated at my error. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get my unit closed and locked without someone else’s help because the latch needs replacing. I will just stop by the office to request replacement. Other than that, superb experience.
