Brian V | Overall ExperienceUhaul Bob in Black River Falls is absolutely amazing! He was very personable and made me feel comfortable and confident after I had to change dates because of nasty winter weather. I could tell he has done this for some time as he was knowledgeable and set me up quickly and smoothly. Bob, you are appreciated! In Baraboo, Uhaul Brandon, the manager, (I think that was his name?) also was very nice and accomodating with my climate controlled storage unit. I am thankful for these 2 men who made my move less stressed. Thank you so much!

Teri S | Overall ExperienceOnly thing I would change is the drive in bay. U-Haul rental trucks need 11 foot clearance, but the bays are only 10tt tall. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice to be able to use the heated bays.

TRACI Z | First ImpressionsEasy move-in process. Alarm and door entry is a little confusing if you haven't done it before. Once you learn the system, it's easy. Unit is super convenient and plenty of space to park for your move.

TERRY S | First ImpressionsI did not like their policy that if you check out a day or two after monthly renewal was due, they would not refund any money for the month we had just paid for. They also said we had paid for the pad locks that were on our two units, and that the pad locks were ours. We were unaware we had paid for the pad locks!. We hope not to use U-Haul again.
