We were extremely pleased with everything about our storage experience. Tre was exceptional in his customer service - knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for us. The facility was sparkling clean, and the steps for entering and securing what we needed clearly explained. The lady who checked us out was also very helpful, but I didn’t get her name. Thank you!

Dolly N | Overall ExperienceBaraboo u-haul was always clean, which i appreciated. The bathrooms were always clean and well stocked as well. Having our storage unit in a secured facility with temperature controls and out of the elements was important to us so paying the little extra for these services was worth it. We had two units and were grateful that they were right next to each other. Having a multitude of carts to help transport our items back and forth was convenient. If we need to storage again, we will definitely use u-haul
