How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer service. They were very nice and very helpful. Storage unit reserved at first wasn’t meant to be moved into, shopvac in unit. Had to go back to desk to get another one. The second one we were set up in was already taken and had a lock on it. Finally, the third time the unit was ready to be moved into.

AISHA H | First ImpressionsTemperatures in climate controlled second floor area were frequently in the 90s/close to 100 during the summer. Access after hours was always a disaster. Some times my card wouldn't work, others my card was randomly deactivated. Price was too high for a 5x10x10 unit that wasn't actually climate controlled and the unit itself was frequently 110-120 degrees Fahrenheit. A candle within the unit started weeping. I'm disappointed that I paid for this for as long as I did. Moving to a new storage facility that will actually keep my paintings and belongings adequately thermoregulated.

The price lock should be more than a year because there is too much cooperate greed. Uhaul prices have increased over the years. Please give unhoused and unemployed people a better rate.

Firas A | First ImpressionsI would have rated you above average instead of average except for one major drawback. My items were in a ground floor indoor storage unit undisturbed for 4 years. When I finally removed them 1/4 of the floor was covered with a very unsightly white substance which had not been there at move in. Fortunately, it was not on my boxes and had not come out of my boxes, but was embedded in your floor. I could not get it up with water, and notified and showed it to Adriel at your front desk. It appears to be some kind of mineral salt deposit, or mildew or mold. I believe it appeared due to humidity and lack of air circulation at floor level due to tightly packed boxes over 4 years. It was distressing to see because I thought I might be blamed even though it did not come out of my boxes. I will think twice about renting at U Haul again, especially on the ground floor. Your floor needed to hold up better than it did for long term storage.
