Curtis C | Overall ExperienceStored items from dorm until her apartment lease started. Very convenient to DePaul- walk from campus. Staff had great customer service. I had called corporate to let them know I was delayed they said no problem. Got to U-Haul and reservation cancelled for no-show = disconnection in communication. LP U-Haul fixed it and was very nice about it. Ability to drive in and park inside for cars larger trucks park outside. Easy to access storage facility. Would rent here again.
Suzanne R | Overall ExperienceThe online check-in was easy and our unit was available immediately (I had scheduled ahead of time). Unit was easy to find and clean and easy to access (top level). There isn’t a lot of parking inside the building but there was at least one spot available both times we went during DePaul move out season. Super convenient for DePaul students.

But then when I came back later with my stuff to move in, they saw I did have a storage space. The ladder used to go up to the storage room is very wobbly and dangerous. Some guy was just hanging out in his storage and it was hard to move around him.

After verifying my ID he helped me recall my locker numbers and ensured I knew where they were before going on my way. He also wrote them down which was helpful when I ended up forgetting again.
