I rented a parking for a month and They did not want to cancel it. the next one month I but they charged me and they didn't want to give me a refund. The girl I attended just told me to throw the card in the trash and she didn't help me. Now I had to talk to the bank to help me with the refund to find out if this is resolved.

Only giving 2 stars bc the staff was super friendly and the issues felt beyond their control. It’s more of a management and facilities upkeep issue aside from them not having what I reserved.
