Carl at the 6161 Transit Rd Depew NY location was exceptional with his many tasks that he had to perform. There were several people that he waited on for different needs. He was able to manage the work load and still give excellent customer service. People who know how to handle demanding people and know the different aspects of their job are hard to find these days. That needs to be acknowledged.

As a senior citizen, most of us do not "do" apps and the app was not loading on my Android phone. (It kept saying "Loading,...Loading...) Mara was professional and caring, she assisted me to get the rental contract completed in a manner that satisfied an older person who does not use apps. Mara provided clear instructions and follow-through. Mara deserves a merit increase and recognition for her customer-service focus. My only comment is that Mara could smile more! Thank you.

randy r | Overall ExperienceI paid for this storage unit for several years and when the decision came for my family to clean it out and consolidate what was in there, we were unable to use the dumpster located at the facility to get rid of what we were no longer keeping. After paying several thousand dollars to use the storage unit to then have to rent a truck to dispose of our garbage soured me on the whole experience and I will not recommend U-Haul storage to people as there are many other options available.
