I had an AWFUL experience. I reserved a trailer & a storage unit yesterday (May 17, 2026). After going through the 20-25 minute process to get approved for the trailer & storage unit, the employee came outside to hook up the trailer. My boyfriends car didn’t have the proper piece to connect the trailer to the back of his truck so, we left to go get the piece, “my boyfriend asked what time do you all close because he didn’t know if he was going to find the piece he needed so, so he asked for closing hours just in case we wanted our money back. When we left, the employee that serviced us decided to “reverse my contract” without MY consent. The assistant manger was quick to try not to service us & reverse my contract for absolutely no reason. Apparently he sent the money back to my account immediately. After waiting to get my account set back up for over an hour. The assistant manger insisted on trying to charge me for insurance that I didn’t ask for & he also refused to believe that my card was charged 53.40 even after I showed him my back statement. He told me there was nothing he could do so I told him I wanted to speak to his manager. At this point I am frustrated & continuously going back & fourth with the assistant manager about him either giving me what I came & paid for or give me my money back. The assistant manger raised his voice at me & told me to get out after taking my money. I was able to still get the trailer & storage but overall, the assistant manger is terrible at his job & his boss is just as bad. The supervisor had the audacity to tell my boyfriend “just because whoever you’re sleeping with is renting from us doesn’t mean my employees have to serve you. I will not be back. They need to be demoted or fired!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN

Paul W | Overall ExperienceIt's pricey for the small space. And the employee was a little sarcastic when I said I had my stuff moved out, she said where's the lock. I was never told to bring it in when I moved out, she said well why would they tell u that. Then I come back with the lock and the guy said we'll I need a picture, was never told that either. But he just closed it out.and gave me My receipt.

When I explained my issues with them, they totally understood and even asked if there were any items I might want and they would hold onto them for me. Doesn't get any better than that.
