From my original phone call inquiring about an open space / unit to the very end of the process where I learned how to use the gate properly and accompanied to my new storage, and so much in between, ANGEL was there, like she owned the place, in the most professional and courteous and knowledgeable happy 😊 way. I appreciated her so much and she made this painful process of moving and storing stuff way better. This doesn't really explain how grateful and happy I am enough here, but I hope she gets to know and hear this compliment.
Joseph T | First ImpressionsOn the unit I rented, B185, the latching mechanism (one on both the door and door jam) was misaligned, making it very difficult to lock (and unlock) the door using a disk style lock. Other than this issue, the storage facility was well maintained and office staff, especially Evan (manager) were very helpful and responsive to my needs.
CRISPIN S | Overall ExperienceGreat facility. Have also rented moving vehicles here from time to time with no issues at all. Only thing less than great is having to move decent sized furniture in/out of the inside units (second floor), as the stairs can be rough to deal with, but you figure it out. The monthly reminder to pay rent is an added bonus. 10/10

As first-time visitors, it is reasonable to expect that assistance should be readily available without the need for us to request it. While I will refrain from naming the individual who was unprofessional in their conduct towards us today, I would like to acknowledge that the other staff members demonstrated friendliness and a commendable level of support.
