We are told we can access the unit after hours however this has never worked the entire 3 years I was there. Myself and another customer had to call corporate one evening just to be let in. Also, you all should not send bills to emergency contacts! If I’d known you would do that I never would’ve given you someone to be honest. I don’t live with them so my mail shouldn’t be going there.

There was a water leak near by to our storage unit and no one called us so that we could insure the safety of our items. The mattress soaked up the water and became moldy. Very poor!
