Victoria w | First ImpressionsI can't say enough good things about my Uhaul rental experience at the Dixwell Ave, Hamden, CT store. The staff was always extremely helpful and courteous. I've been with them for well over 5 years and I think the rent was only raised once the whole time compared to their expensive competitors down the street, who raised the rent every time a flea farts. The competitors literally raised their rent 7+ times in the past 3yrs. I can't recommend the Dixwell Ave store enough. They were the best!! If I should ever need their services again, that's where I'm going. Also, their rental vehicles are always available and a great and easy to reserve using the website. Great service and people all around!!

Helen P | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to go move my belongings out of my unit(2735) from the Hamden cr office, my furniture was ruined by mice droppings and urine. The unit on the right of me had seed etc in their storage and mice got to it and came into my unit. Have pictures to show.
