Great experience! SUPER Clean Storage Facility Very thankful for carts, ect. to assist in moving in. Checking the truck back in after use was very easy. Having a free month of storage for a one way trip was a surprise blessing! Thank You UHaul!

KARL B | Overall ExperienceI was charged $100 for 2 mattresses that we left in the "take or leave" area and was informed they dont take mattresses and I would need to pay a dumpster fee. When I came back about a week later there were numerous mattresses (some badly stained and disgusting) but one of our mattresses was still there.

Bernard N | First ImpressionsThe security system is broken and I was trapped on the 2nd floor for a while. I pressed all the buttons to escape but no one answered me. Then I called the front desk but couldn't get a human to answer. The strap that closes the elevator is too short for me to reach. I eventually had to use the fire escape stairs to get out. I tried to tell the front desk but they were busy.
