LATONIA B | Overall ExperienceAfter being a longterm customer of 10 years-since both Hurricane Harvey & COVID, I feel that management were not very helpful during times of illness or difficulties. I endured 3-4 contractual increases over the period, while living in Austin and I still managed to maintain. I believe the best reward was having an access card, especially when traveling. However, I would not recommend this location because I have found both snakes and mice within the storage; although the facility has rodent hotels in the units.
