The storage price went up every 8 or 12 months which was really bad for a person on fixed income. Not a good place for seniors.

The facility is clean and well maintained. I always felt safe and comfortable when I visited my unit. My only neg comment would be the constant rise in rental fees. But, I understand increases are often necessary as expenditures rise.
