In the process of moving out I find 2 big dead skeleton rats one underneath the sofa and another in a box of clothes, which was damaged. The Sofa was stain from the dead rat underneath it.

The management and employees are all polite and kind and service oriented. The rates are not inexpensive, but the entire situation and its high level of security are worth every penny. I could not be more satisfied.
TOM C | First ImpressionsThe key card never worked. Each time I had to wait in line at the front desk for them to issue a new card to get in to the storage facility. Sometimes for 20 minutes. My vehicle was hit by a worker driving a Uhaul. There is very little parking in the parking lot to load and unload items in the storage unit. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I will not use the storage facility again

She was totaly hostile to no only me but to a locksmith that I hired totally inocent. Sylvia seems to need mental help and should have no front office work.
