The online instructions seemed clear but then the access code did not work. It said that I didn't check in. A very helpful employee Brian walked us through how to access the facility, took us to the unit and explained how to open. He was awesome and patient. Would not have figured it out without him.

It was clean and the workers do well with fully explaining in detail all the information needed when I checked in, and during my stay. Clayton was especially informative and very nice. His attention to customer service was the best I've experienced in meny of my moves throughout the years with working with this company in different locations, this by far was the best.

WALTER T | First ImpressionsThe main two reasons that I left is the cost continuing to increase over and over again and how obnoxiously loud the alarms are. I get the reason but 99% of the time it is someone forgetting to check in before going to their unit. It is deafening and when I would spend time at my unit getting items or moving stuff around, I had the alarm go off 4 different times in a 45 minute span. It was terrible for my tinnitus. Only good part is the 24 hour access as my new storage location doesn't have that.
