Moved out yesterday, however, had paid for climate controlled Storage Unit, but the air conditioner is broke. It was hotter inside than it was outside. Feel like I should be reimbursed for no lt being climate controlled and staff not notifying me that the ac was broken. Said something to the staff they didn’t care, said it was going to be $30k to fix and didn’t know when it was going to be fixed.
