I didn't realize that after hours you can't get into your storage. I'm used to getting access to my storage regardless even after the office is closed.

U-Haul feels very safe and secure having my own code with check-in and check-out required. The facility is well maintained and there seems to always be plenty of loading carts.

I made the staff aware of the issue and they used a manual locking method that would secure the unit until maintenance staff could correct the problem. I left my disc lock and key so that they could secure the unit once the repair was completed
