I think it was kind of labyrinthian, and the carts are so small, so it was pretty annoying and inconvenient. I think that is because of an oddly shaped building in a dense part of the city, so what can you do... I interacted with three different employees that were all friendly and helpful. Overall it seemed very professional and well maintained.

An unhoused person who lives on the third floor blew cigarette smoke directly into to my van rental even though I asked him not to. Multiple people seem to be living here. The loading bag garage door is often broken. The bathrooms are always locked. I moved out of my unit, and received an email that the staff was processing my move out. Three weeks later they sent me a bill with a late fee for a unit I moved out of. Horrible horrible management under Nelson.
