Never answer the office phone number at this location so you can never talk to a person. Hike up the prices very often, it's not affordable storage which is why I moved to a more affordable facility with same if not more amenities. Quick to put a lock on unit for late payments but they will not remove it and leave the lock on for months (after autopaying for months) that when you go to open it your unit, you have to get an office person and then they lose the key to said lock so they pull out the bolt cutters.

And discriminate against me because I was a cauasian and Christian pentacostal, and I was homeless and not on drugs. They discriminated against because I didn't listen to them but to the Authority at UHAUL and Police department. Not the criminals that were on the street. Thank you, UHAUL. I do miss it.
