Tracy P | Overall ExperienceI have used this place a couple of times because it is near by. This last time the staff was rude! As an older woman. I asked for a unit on the first floor. There in no elevator to the second floor and they could not state there would always be a cart available upstairs. Are you kidding me!!! And staff clearly do not walk around checking or they would never have billed me for a second month as I never even went in the building. I found another place closer
Kimberley C | Overall ExperienceI found drug needles on the ground outside the building. There was broken glass on the floor. Wish there where some tools in each unit to help maintaine messes. Almost slipped on the glass. But other then that staff wad kind and helpful and being able to have acess to my free storage unit from my 26ft uhaul rental, was amazing!
Jade A | Overall ExperienceA lot misleading information. Give wrong information and management was very rude when asked about trying to resolved issues. I was planning to rent a full year but i was treat and unfair and over charged for something was the fault.

Elisabeth M | First ImpressionsOn our move out day, the mgr Tom was extremely rude and yelling at us telling us we couldn't park in front of our DRIVE UP unit to unload it! Was the worst experience ever!!! The associate Erika was very pleasant and quite embarrassed by his actions. He yelled at us in the store and came to our unit still yelling and told us if we get blocked in, it's our own fault! Will never go back there!

GENEVIEVE C | First ImpressionsUnit was basically clean except for a sticky oily previous small spill that was not cleaned before unit rented to me. Also, had some difficulty accessing as trucks blocked the units in a tight row. However, I mentioned it to office prior to vacating and they made sure it was accessible promptly Office and on site employees, and phone line were excellent.

NEOLA L | First ImpressionsThe only issue is the space I reserved (smallest available) was not available when I came to check in. I’m glad we came a few days before the actual move because it was less disruptive learning we needed to get a different space. The office did provide some rent compensation to make my actual cost close to what I would have paid for the smaller space.
