The employees were all very friendly, but my reservation for climate control was not available when i moved in. Although they tried to resolve the issue, it was still disappointing.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSometimes if you just want to buy an item it's time consuming if someone is purchasing a rental. It would be nice to have a self-check-out for small items or someone to help. Also, we stored an F-250 in one of the garages, but it was difficult to access because there were U-Haul rentals parked outside the garage. There was enough room for a car to drive by between the rentals and our unit, but an F-250 is long and doesn't turn on a dime so and we couldn't get our truck out. We had to go to the office and ask them to move the rentals. I would definitely rent from them again BUT I would make sure I have good access to my unit. In this case, units were scarce and we had to take what was available.

There are trailers in front of the garage making it extremely difficult to get our truck into the garage. We aren't able to move it safely without either hitting the garage wall or a trailer. It's just too close. We love the facility but wish we could move. :(
