This was a great place for me to store my belongings for the time I needed. Which was a little over three years. Never once had an issue when needing to access my unit and I only interacted with the staff twice in the time I was there. Once on move in day and once when I forgot my access code. Both were pleasant experiences. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage, short term or long term and I will use them again, if needed storage in the future. It was always so clean and never any odor as I’d go through the hallways to get to my unit. Great place to use.

Staff that wouldn’t help, being informed of incorrect things and promised “credit” to my bill for these “mistakes” but never got any credit. There was a time I came there and the two people at the customer service area were high and told me to go find another staff member who was around somewhere in the building. Another employee got my unit and an others mixed up and told me my storage had been broken into. Luckily not mine but drove there in a panic for no reason.
