Hispanic girl at front desk on nights is one of the rudest people ive ever come across. Ive spoken to her multiple times & each time she is ruder than before & im amazed she still has a job. The younger spanish guy is way more helpful & pleasant and should be promoted. The other girl should wash tires or something far away from customers

Michelle H | Overall ExperienceHere’s why I didn’t give it five stars… I’ve had a couple different interactions where one person was super helpful… And the manager was also really awesome, clear, efficient, and helpful… But I did have two phone calls where the person who answered the call was not very service oriented, and left me on hold for a long time, and at one point left me wondering if she was even there.… Her whole demeanor was not friendly or supportive. But overall, the manager recently and one other person I interacted with a while back about an about an issue with my lock was fabulous! She went above and beyond. And the place overall is easy to manage and to do what I needed to do when I needed to do it.
