I reserved the u-haul online and indicated that I would like moving blankets. None were available upon arrival, and I was told that these accessories are only available at u-haul lots, not the quick pickup locations. This info was not indicated at the time of my order. Also, the vehicle was dirty inside when I arrived.Breanna H.

Rented from A Eleven I contacted the company this morning (June 2) and the person I spoke to was lovely. She dealt with the concern and did advise I would be receiving a phone call in the next 72 hours. see below- Our experience at this location (A eleven) was terrible. We were over charged, and tried to explain we were over charged when we arrived but were convinced by the store employees it would balance out at the end of the day as we would be receiving money back when we return the truck. We had a small move and travelled a total of 7 miles or under 10 km. This was explained that we were staying in town, and staying in a small square mile area of st vital, but we were still charged $150. When we returned the truck, the employee entered the odometer number onto his phone and told us to have a good day. We spent 20 minutes trying to explain that not only were we promised an amount back, the $150 was almost $100 over our initial quote. The male employee didn't know how to help us and told us we could try returning to the store another day. To add, when my husband picked the truck up- their computer was not working and they used their personal cell phone for the transaction and demanded to enter my husband's credit card into the employee's personal cell phone. Husband was resistant but they were adamant it was safe to do so and this is how the transaction was processedCorie M.

The location has the main problem when the trucks parked are so close to the fence. When I parked, an ancient sir. He came out to rebuke me and accuse me that I had destroyed the fence, which was a lie. It was an awkward moment for meCarlos B.

The wait time in the store to pick up and return the truck took a really long time. Also, the billing for this service is really confusing. Paying a deposit in the store and receiving change in cash doesn't make sense. I'd prefer the cost of the truck billed to my credit card and then receive the deposit back in full refunded to my card.Jesse T.
