Truck has a check engine light on and ran like crap cost me more and fuel than it should have the truck smell like butt cheeks hundred year old cigarettes not to mention it had bugs in itChad C.

The only thing I had a problem was connecting to the Wei to return it but the manager /owner was on site and told me they would take care of it they knew I returned it on time and that I had problems checking it back in thru my phone.Tia E.

we had ordered moving blankets weeks in advance and they did not have them when we called the location to check in and she said she would see if she could get them did not happen. Then we had to go buy blankets and pay twice as much as we would have from U-HaulGreg F.

This location was closed when we dropped off. There was no drop box for the key that was easy to find. We left the key in the visor when we returned the truck. We received a call the next day from u-haul stating that they thought the truck was stolen and "let's hope they find it or you will need to pay for it." I would suggest clearly marking the return area at this location with an easy to find drop box. This location closes early in the day - sometimes 1:00 p.m.SHAWNA R.

Not the fault of this location ... but having to drive halfway to Columbus to get a trailer simply because UHaul couldn't (or wouldn't) satisfy the availability of appropriate equipment in my neighborhood. What's the point of a reservation??? I guess when you have a practical monopoly you don't have to concern yourselves with customer service.Pete E.

Key Dropbox is so hard to find. There are no lights at this location after dark.Sierra S.
There was not a secured key drop on-site. I filled the tank up slightly last 1/4 tank 2 miles from the sight. They claimed it was below and charged me a $42 fee. I will be calling to file a claim. Poor business practice and not having a key drop is a simple but very controllable fix to secure the value of these trucks.AUSTIN S.

I received a bill but it did not have any information regarding the price and taxes. I replied to the email asking for the details of the charges but still have not received a reply. There were issues with the self check in online but the calling on the phone was able to resolve the problem. I am still upset I have not received the detailed bill.Andrew L.

Truck was not there for me at appointed time. Amanda @ Schuler found another truck & drove an hour to get it for us. Took some time but she pulled it off. Was a low mile truck and drove to Florida no problems. Uhaul gave me extra miles & a discounted price for our trouble thanks to Amanda. Thanks, Mike RitchieMICHAEL R.

They do not check the uhauls in like they should, it took forever to get my deposit back. When I did have to get another uhaul, I had to go throught them again. The uhaul they rented me was so dirty, I had to sweep it out before I could load it with my stuff, it had mud all over the outside, like the previous user got it stuck, the inside was just all around dirty.Imajean W.

The charge for a 4 hour rental for 33 miles ended up being 65.46 which started out as 19.99 had to insure it as well..wasn't told there would be tax or that when I returned it the man who took in returns didn't know how to log them in so I received emails and phone calls asking when it would be returned..truly not worth that much money for that kind of hassle .the lady was nice..Cherie W.

The mileage on the online pickup did not match the actual mileage on the truck. The employee told us that she would have the issue resolved as she saw for herself the mileage did not match.There was a 2,000 mile difference. We returned the truck the next morning and was not able to complete the return process online. I proceeded to call UHaul's 800 number so we could return the truck. She also was aware of the mileage difference but noted that we had returned the truck. I called the location 3 times trying to find out if the issue was resolved so I would know how much the charges would be. I was told that she was working on it and that she would call me back. I never received a return call nor a receipt for the final charges. This was not a good experience.Bonnie H.

They are a new Uhaul dealer and not to sure about what is going on. No one met me to return my rental, had to go office to office and when I told them what I need....to return an auto transporter they asked what that was and "car dolly" Then on person said drop it over around the building infront of trailer and then going out the door another fellow said drive it around behind the building and way around the place and drop it off at another building. I just did that. No one helped and I didn't know if it was where they wanted it. No one ever came out. I just rolled up the jack and disconnected around behind the other trailer and left...I had to other stuff to do.Danny A.
