we were told by multiple people at the location, and the corporate phone number that it was for pick up at 9:00am. they opened late and offered no apology. van was supposed to be a full tank of gas but it was 3/4.

Extremely rude customer support person who called and forced me to drop off my vehicle at a location of her choice and not giving me time to give her a decision and forcefully enforcing her decision without my consent. I will not be renting from U-Haul in future and try other rental companies like penske and ryder etc. The drop off location was good and helpful. I had to give it a "NO" due to the way U-Haul customer rep on phone spoke with me.

Also this location has a ton of moving supplies for sale including tons of different sized boxes, tape, packing materials etc...Saved us from having to make another stop given how rushed we were for time, awesome overall experience.

Today, was the second time in a row where we were grossly overcharged. We picked up a vehicle for a delivery to a condo in Belltown today. Our Invoice shows that we are being charged for 54 miles. WHAT!? This is crazy and I would like a call from someone there to straighten this out. WOW!

I booked this truck to be picked up at the West Seattle location. In fact, I called that location, and double-checked that it was in fact the location on 35th AVE SW. Going there, we were told that the truck was reserved at the 1st Ave So location "in Burien". It was not in Burien, but in SODO. After a lot of running around, we FINALLY picked up our truck in SODO. Our whole day was delayed 2 hours. This is not good customer service. The team in SODO was the most competent of the three possible locations.

Answer the phone! I tried calling three times. If someone would have answered, it would have saved me time and money. Instead, I had to drive to and from the location and was charged for the extra trip (an additional 10.5 miles!). Completely unfair.

I would have preferred to use the UHaul site on 15th Ave W but your website did not list this site for reservations. When I drove by that site this morning, they had several cargo vans parked on their lot with signs indicating availability. What's up?

Pretty dissapointed about the pricing. It is advertised as 20....in the end to go about 8 miles i ended up paying over 50 dollars. I also was upset that we had to return it to the same location. When I have rented trucks before I have been able to take them back to other spots, and this seems like a ploy to force you to double the already expensive mileage.

My "check in" took all of 5 seconds. No walk around. No turning on blinkers. While I was happy for an easy return, the stress of wondering all day about being charged for something I didn't do was more than I'd care for. Staff needs a reminder about the details.

Just recently Uhaul management has stopped allowing this location to rent any of their vehicles other than the pickup and cargo van. While there trying to rent a larger box truck, the gentleman helping me explained that these vehicles were not rented or on hold for anyone else. He went on to explain that a recent policy has stopped the work force from renting the larger units. Please help me understand how this makes sense?! This location is perfect and the staff I interacted with were fast and fantastic; its just maddening to see trucks there that can't be used and no one seems to understand why!

The 1st Truck's Ignition was NOT working ??? When I returned I was TOLD to clean out the back or pay a $20 "Clean UP Fee" ! I waited for my reciep...& Waited... & Waited ??? I was told the cash register wasn't working after a 20 min. delay. ???? I was Told ( due to MY inconvenience) I would receive a REFUND or about $12-$13 for the millage I did NOT Use ( AFTER I asked) !

The rental was for 930am. Turns out the place wasn't open until 10am. Of course that didn't matter because the front desk lady didn't show up until almost 11am blaming "traffic." I would never use this u-haul location again after this insanely bad experience. It is unacceptable to wait an hour and a half (with 5+ other people) for my rental *especially* without receiving an apology or discount of some kind. Even when she got in the computer was broken and the printer was out of ink. I will never use this location again and also don't want to use u-haul. In the future I will use Penske and other higher quality competitors.

The agent did not do a walk around of the vehicle or offer insurance. When we got to the truck it was in decent shape but had quite a few dings and wear and tear.

I drove it 12 miles. I put in a gallon of gas that brought the level over what it was originally. Now you charge me for another 1.5 gallons? That's 4 mpg.

I showed up in my car, and there was no parking. I had to drive back home to get a ride and schedule for someone to come pick me up later when I was done. It was great except for that...but that took an extra hour I hadn't planned for.

I picked up at this location but I wanted to say I spoke to maybe 5 or 6 u haul representatives on the phone and was impressed by the great customer service. I had a reservation that needed to be adjusted around multiple different locations and truck sizes but everyone was nice and helpful. Really appreciate it! For the next customer--make sure online availability of vans/trucks matches real availability. My online reservation went through but turns out it was already booked (hence the multiple calls).

The manager of this U-Haul station overcharged us and claimed we had driven many more miles than we had. When we attempted to remedy the situation with him he essentially claimed that while we might have mapped the miles we drove, it would be his word against ours (a coded threat). I will not be returning to U-Haul after this experience.

Truck was right there when I came, quick & easy transaction, all equipment worked well. They made it a 24-hr rental even though I thought I'd only need it for 8, and it was a good thing, since I ended up running late! One tiny thing, the windshield had a lot of bugs smashed on it. Easily fixed!

I was fraudulently charged $15 for fuel even though I refilled the tank as expected. I have a receipt showing I refilled the tank with 2 gallons of gas for 11 miles of usage 10 mins prior to return at a Shell gas station around the block.

Change the personnel, the clerk was just (always speaking on his cellphone) rud and lazy, I asked him to help me by printing the receipt and he just told me "we usually never print receipts" which is false, I've rented u-haul trucks before in different places with a TOP quality service,. I honestly won't come back to this retailer anymore.

Signage! Over the phone, I was positive I called Uhaul. However when looking for a Uhaul store, I couldn't find it. I did however see it when I came back, I found the problem, the sign says Self Storage, and then a smaller sign that says uhaul. I NEVER SAW it. until after the entire trip. But its a great place, and great staff! Actually your staff member was awesome, he had a computer snafu and he handled it very well. He's GREAT! I'll use that location again. Thank you! Kimberly
