It was great. Quick, friendly and efficient.
Christopher AIt snowed overnight, so my pickup was delayed by choice. The trailer was in average and I did not realize that one of the wheel straps was nearly broken because it was so wrapped up and was not unwrapped and displayed for me to inspect. I just assumed it was okay. Thank goodness we had extra straps with us when we loaded the truck. The people at this location were very nice. I think they are new owners, and it's going to take some time to spruce, this place up. ...... I told the gentleman at the tampa location when I dropped it off and showed it to him. The trailer did pull very nicely and many times I forgot it was back there. Something I would recommend do someone else if they wanted to haul a car.

Ronda qThe location has not been updated, it took 30 minutes to find it. The most frustrating aspect is that I needed a trailer in Kearney but I directed to the location in Lexington. When I dropped off the trailer in Kearney after my task, there were at least four identical trailers. The online system indicated none. It took over 30 minutes to check out even though I did the online check-in prior to arrival.
