The price quoted was different from what I was charged. Had no time to dispute because I needed the truck. The virtual check in process was cumbersome and time consuming. The key was not in lock box. Fortunately, the store owner showed up early to give me the key. I would never recommend Uhaul again.JAE-WON L.

Truck arrived with the tank 3/4 full. We returned the truck with a full tank of gas. We are out of pocket for the difference which amounted to $60. Dishonest practiceKATHLEEN W.
I booked it online and came 15mins late, still truck wasn't ready. It takes half an hour to process even after online booking. I received verification call for approval and I didn't even get chance to pick as it was so quick. Then was told to do everything again. Website itself wasn't functioning well for the guy working there. Service delivery was horrible.TENZIN N.

I dropped the vehicle off after hours, completed the online drop off, and then couldn't locate the key drop box. I then spent about a half hour on hold with customer service (outside, in the cold) only to have the line hang up on me. I had to bring the key home with me and go back to the store on my own time when it was open to return the key.Christian C.

The vehicle needed servicing (check engine light and tire pressure warning we're illuminated when I picked the truck up and stayed on for the entire rental). The vehicle obviously hadn't been cleaned properly in a while - very dusty dash and floor and bits of trash and debris on the floor around the seat frames. Really disappointing.Corey W.

Air Conditioning did not work. It was 35 Celsius that day, very uncomfortable.Richard R.
The whole experience was bad. Took over an hour to pick up truck and sign in. Had to wait 40 minutes for approval. Took 30 minutes to drop off truck. App didn't work properly. Truck was dirty with cigarette butts.Robert M.
When I went to the location, the guy was trying to restart my order even though I had already done everything online and I just had to show him my phone screen with the confirmation to get the key. While he was trying to do that I had to wait for additional 30 minutes. So, finally, being too frustrated, I called U-Haul and right away as I started talking to someone over the phone; he handed me the key and just said he doesn't know the process properly and he's new. I don't why he was trying to do that but it wasted a lot of my time and would suggest to avoid this type of process or confusion.Jigme T.
