The truck I was assigned to me did not have working air conditioning. That was a huge inconvenience seeing I was driving from Las Vegas to Portland Oregon, roughly 20 hours of driving, in June. I would like someone to reach out to talk about a discount because of it.Esther S.
Matt and Diana went above and beyond. Was informed that the office was closing early due to the holiday but Diana said to call her and she would open the store just so we could pick up the truck. Traveling over 2200 miles it would have been nice to have cruise control. Truck was a little worn but in today's environment I guess you can't be choosey.Michael C.

The staff was friendly but the truck was dirty. There was a bottle of urine under the drivers seat and god knows what else in a bag, a biohazard I didn't appreciate having to deal with on an already stressful day. The right rear tire was low on pressure and they had no way to service it so I had to take it to another uhaul location which was down the road.Troy B.

Hello, it took an hour to rent the truck that I reserved ahead of time with the app. Many homeless in the area and walking in while I was waiting to rent the vehicle. Only one person managing the location. He was pleasant but overloaded with work and system issues to complete the transaction.Patrick C.

Rented 2 trucks within a week. Both trucks were handed to me with only 1/8 of gas. One of the trucks was so filthy inside, I couldn't believe it. I would be ashamed if I worked at UHaul to rent out a vehicle like that.NIKOLAUS G.

I was very disappointed after a after hours return of the vehicle received a email with additional charges that were changed to my card. Even though all teams of contract were met. The truck was quite dirty, especially in the cab. I would like to submit photos. There was a link texted to me to submit photos, but I only got an error every time I tried. Also, the truck size that I reserved was not available. They upgraded us, but then that meant worse gas mileage.Nathan F.

My wife and my father-in-law picked up the trailer. I scheduled the pick-up, only to be told that the agent 'did not have any idea what he was doing' and set something up incorrectly from what the phone representative spoke with me about. The base rate was $162, and we added 2-days to the trip, which brought the total to $202 that was charged to my father-in-law's credit card. He rung it up as though the actual rate was $202 (I clarified with phone representative before, and after pick-up of the $162 base rate) and then proceeded to tell my wife and father-in-law that it would be an additional $40 at drop-off should we keep it 2 more days. This was incorrect, and very poor customer service. Two more attempts were made to verify what I was told; that we would not be charged any more than $202. Upon drop off (which I called once again to ask if being 30-minutes late would not constitute another day; I was told it did not, just that if we dropped off after hours, we would be responsible for the trailer until it was processed the next morning). I then receive a bill receipt upon the following morning check-in for 3-days ($72 total extra) in over charges. I cannot believe a company our family has used so many times in the past could be so utterly careless. I expect this to be refunded to the credit card on file immediately.Darren M.
