Site personnel were not well trained on the process of check out and check in of equipment. This gap in training created considerable confusion and place in me a very tough position. I had to supplement the onsite knowledge base with that of a U-Haul employee in Columbus, Ga who had to walk the Va. U-Haul personnel through the proper process. Furthermore, I was charged the WRONG mileage rate for Thursday. I was charged the Saturday mileage rate ON THURSDAY! I had to point this out. The Columbus, Ga U-Haul person had to point this out as well. I believe U-Haul overcharged me by at least $500!!!!! I want a call back to resolve this overcharge 7069059426SAM C.

Professionalism, give at least great customer service, have someone who is knowledgeable, don't give the customer service job with someone who can't even answers question about the product. Update your app and online rental service. Truck had lots of problems and was in poor condition. Even though I had a confirmation, they had no reservation and did not have truck ready. Had to wait a half hour while the lady got her father in law come and put oil it in as the oil light was on when I had to go back in a tall grass area and get the truck myself. The combination for the key's lockbox wasn't set properly. Fortunately, a U-haul employee came out to get the key for me. The gentleman was very professional and stayed with me just to make sure everything was good with the truck before I was on my way. The location itself, I was disappointed in.Aaron C.

My main complaint is the u-haul website and the reservation system. The website is not user friendly. In the end I gave up and called. When I came to pickup the trailer it took 30 minutes to force the system to register me. I almost walked out. This was not the fault of ABC and I know this because I was with the employee trying to get me registered. If anything the experience has made me think I should just buy a trailer rather than go through the inefficiency of the U-haul system again.GARY C.

It's not the location where I picked up my truck. I had requested a 10 ft. And that was the size I had to have for logistical purposes. I found out the day before the move that they didn't have a 10 footer anywhere for fifty miles. I addition to my hardship of trying to get the right truck, I had to travel 50 extra miles and I believe they charged me for about 40+ of those miles. Plus no moving blankets which really sucked. Next time Budget rentals.gary M.
