the only issue i have is with the auto transport is that there is absolutely no place to mount a winch or any other device to help load a vehicle that wont move under its own power. this makes the job really difficultNATHAN W.

I am VERY frustrated with Uhaul and the extreme lateness of my Ubox delivery! It was supposed to arrive on July 17 and I didn't receive it until July 29. Also, the freight company lost tract of the Ubox more than once! I will follow up with poor reviews online and will continue to follow up with Uhaul as you have NOT responded to me regarding the Action Folder that Tony (a call center manager) began. I was supposed to hear a response within 48 hours. That folder was started on July 24 and I have heard nothing still on July 29. I do believe your company needs to follow up with me about our concerns.John G.

The box was not properly bolted upon transport so even through service was amazing both at pick up with Lulu (who should absolutely receive a pay raise and all the praise because she was incredible at customer service and empathy) and drop off with Kate in Norfolk, we did have a slightly damaged box. Our contents seemed to be unharmed but better attention when loading the box for transport to the end destination would be appreciated.Heidi F.

There needs to better coordination between Uhaul and its subtier providers. There was too much confusion over what rates I was supposed to be charged and what services were and were not available too me. This move was extremely stressful and the Ubox process is very unorganized.Tomia T.

I had a confirmed appointment at 8:30. They initially gave me the wrong truck which had to be returned and then the correct truck was not ready until after 2:00. The office was very disorganized. Also, I wanted to buy some moving blankets and they told me to go buy them at a Walmart.Mark W. C.

The local pickup employees were great to work with and accommodated my schedule. The uhaul headquarters were difficult to work with and they did not schedule the drop off location correctly. The drop off destination I told the headquarters I wanted wasn't scheduled (they didn't tell me this). Luckily I called first. Then the second drop off location they set up for me didn't have room. The employee there made room and was very upset with uhaul headquarters.Tobin S.

The address that I was given to return the trailer was in the middle of a field. I had to drive around to locate another location. I found one at Burts Motors. They are not open on Saturdays so I had to unhook everything by myself. Luckily I figured out how to unhook everything.Janelle F.
The customer service from the gentleman who assisted my when I picked it up was not well at all. He was rude and was very unhelpful. We had to transfer equipment because the first ones lights were faulty and did not work. Then the second one worked and we left with it. On our trip the lights on the right rear stopped working halfway through our 10hr trip.Falisha D.
