Got charged an extra 100 miles because it wouldn't allow me to adjust the correct milage on the app and a customer service rep from uhaul said "just dispute it when you return it" so I did. And still didn't get fixed. Thanks uhaul. Never again.Cody B.

I waited for several hours for my reservation from 5pm-8pm @ the Sunoco on Lakeshore in Wickliffe. Although, there were several 19 ft trucks in the parking lot none of them were available for me. I had to drive to another city 😩 Willoughby Ohio to get a 26 ft truck. This was the most ridiculous waste of my time. When I get to Willoughby there is another 19 ft truck. However, it isn't available. I moved the few items I had returned the 26ft truck & the 19 ft truck is there not being used. This is and was the most backwards nonsense I have ever experienced. The location in Willoughby was self serve with a word combination moon lock. By the way this lock was very tricky to remove. Over all not my best experience... I didn't complete my move of 1 small snow blower and 2 window fans in 26 ft huhaul truck. Doesn't make any sense!HERBERT W.

The inside cab of the truck was filthy with dirt and some pieces of garbage on the floor behind the seats. The windshield inside and out was also dirty and splattered with dead bugs on the outside as well as dirt on the mirrors. I had to clean all these areas myself before departing on my trip.Brian O.

Have Ace Storage in your computer system as a valid drop-off location, the clerk in Warren couldn't find the listing and put in place I had no intention of driving to (for an extra 40 cents per mile).Deborah C.

Tire had roughly a quarter size chunk out of the side wall. When I asked attendant about it he told me to tell where I dropped it off about it. I also had to clean cigarette ashes out of the cup holders. I should note I did not feel unsafe about the tire mainly due to the fact that I did not have a heavy load to go on the truck. And I told the attendant that. I am more concerned that the drop off location didn't know about or that there wasn't a note in the system about it when I dropped the truck off.Steven C.

However I did call ahead during the day and left messages on both phone #'s listed trying to verify the after hours procedures and never got a call back???? Was upset when I checked my order from Sept. 15th, yesterday, and discovered the pickup location was not as requested. Had to call my choice and the choice shown for pickup. Asked today "if I hadn't have looked on my original order how would I have known to go to their location?" He said I would have received a phone call letting me know about the new pick up location.Lee M.

I arrived at the location of rental 10am , and the vehicle was outside waiting for me. Out walks a nice person who advised me that the system is down and his personal phone device would not allow him to enter any of my information, and we couldn't walk in the building due to construction. The whole thing made me very nervous , but I had a timeframe to keep on my move. . I did not receive any receipt or paperwork until this email. Het took in notes via his phone my cc# and dl # which had me very much not*** at ease . When I secured this reservation online it said 59cents a mile and I find out now that , the charge is 99 cents . I am also charged a gas charge , but when I dropped it off there was more fuel in the truck then when I got it , but how would I know I never got a contract . I also had to worry about my cc# being on a random persons cell phone , leaving a truck key to the U-Haul in the mail box not drop box but mail box w no chute. all day Saturday and all day Sunday . So if someone stole it I would be liable.............. I am very dissatisfied at the following : #1 Fuel charge as I put more gas in it than when I dropped off , I know for a fact #2 Mileage was confirmed at 59 cents a mile #3 Overall experience of cc info out there on random persons cell phone , and truck key left in mail box .
